The 8th Edition continues to provide the collector with the essentials of the hobby such as “Bottles: History and Origin”, “Bottle Facts”, “Bottle Sources”, “Bottle Handling”, “Tips for the Beginning Collector”, and an extensive chapter of “Digging for Bottles”. There are 39 detailed chapters of every type of bottle including Soda, Milk, Cobalt Blue Medicine Bottles, Bitters, Medicines, Fruit Jars, Flasks, Whiskey, Miniatures, Applied Painted Label Sodas, Violin and Banjo Bottles, Jim Beam, Avon, and much more.
In order to continue making the “Bottle Bible” the most informative Bottle Pricing and Reference Guide available, besides a broad range of detailed pricing information, a special new feature has been added to the 8th Edition. There is now a full color photograph, when available, to compliment each priced line item to better assist the collector with the identification and understanding of each specific bottle.
